About IP
Welcome to the International Phrasebooks (IP) blog. This blog is intended for, but not limited to, English speakers who want to learn Hebrew or are in the process of learning Hebrew, using the IP Hebrew-English phrasebook. On this blog, you will find tips, clips and ’ships (relationships) that can help you while you learn Hebrew.
Visitors will find on the IP blog…
Tips
Although people say that learning a language is hard, it really depends on the route one takes to learn a language. The IP method, as presented in its Hebrew-English phrasebook, allows its users to easily look up and learn the words and phrases they need, while also teaching them how to create proper sentences. There are also several tips, not covered in the phrasebook, that can help Hebrew learners that will be posted on the blog.
Clips
At IP, while we believe that just by referencing and using the Hebrew-English phrasebook, one can successfully learn the basics of the language, we know that it needs to be accompanied by audio assistance. For this reason, IP put together “Hebrew for Everyone,” a package that includes the “Hebrew for Everyone” phrasebook and audio CDs. On this blog, we will make clips taken from this available for everyone, by posting the clips and additional information related to them.
’ships
Short for relationships, ’ships is our vision for this blog. We want to illustrate the relationships between different aspects of the language to help make the language more easy to learn and we want our readers (you) to build a relationship with the language and other users.
